Admin Team Leader

  • Volunteer hours: 4 hours per week (Tuesday daytime is preferable)

Role details

We are looking for a team leader to join our Admin team that assists the kitchen with a wide range of administrative support.

These tasks are varied and include handling admin procedures around donations such as maintaining records and sending thank you cards. Our admin team is often the first point of enquiries both external and internal. These enquiries will peak around the holidays such as Harvest Festival and Christmas. Our welfare team is also supported by admin assistance which consists of ensuring that they are stocked with all the relevant forms and leaflets needed for their integral work for the kitchen.

General Administrative duties also include taking minutes and circulating them and any agendas prior to Trustee meetings and the AGM, and any office management including managing office stock.

Being comfortable with basic IT, email and Microsoft Office is a must.

All positions in the kitchen are voluntary so you will be supported throughout your time with us.
